Conference Speaking

 
We are frequently engaged by companies and event organizers to present our views on the future to conference audiences. Ranging from a forty person private company or networking event up to the multiple-thousand delegate event we are comfortable in projecting our impressions of the future in an impactful, and actionable way. Our goal is not just to improve delegates ‘dinner party conversation’ but to leave people with real insights they can take back to the office and work with. Every presentation is tailored to fit the audience, it’s market and circumstances.

In house presentations and Workshops

 
At the simplest level, we bring insights on the global drivers of change through presentations and workshops. We always tailor our material to our clients markets and circumstances and encourage debate and interaction. Our workshops are well received and delegates leave with a set of prioritized actions to factor into their strategic planning processes. When times are volatile, as they are now, it is increasingly important to take the widest possible view of the future to ensure you are not being blindsided by change taking place just outside your normal scan of the future. For example – who would think we would be watching TV on our PC or PDA just two years ago. It wasn’t being considered by the TV companies – it sure is now.

On behalf of our clients, we undertake both primary and secondary research to identify what particular drivers of change are possible and likely to impact their organizations in the future. We frequently undertake projects looking at the three to five year time frame and are just as comfortable taking a view twenty or thirty years out.
